Maintenance MVP Night 2025 Kickball Tournament

Before getting started, your team should:

1. Elect a Team Captain
2. Decide on a Team Name

TEAM RESERVATION - Completed by Team Captain

1. REGISTER your team for a Team Reservation. 
2. Chose from the options under the Team Reservations ticket category, select a team number (Team 1 through Team 7) to RESERVE a team spot for 1 WEEK. 
3. Provide your team's decided upon Team Name in the designated field on the Team reservation ticket registration page. 
4. Confirm details and submit registration to finalize Team RESERVATION for 1 WEEK from time of registration. 
5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with details on how to purchase player tickets, or see below, to ensure 12 player team roster is complete prior to reservation window ending (1 WEEK from RESERVATION SUBMISSION)
   • Team Captain can either purchase player tickets for each individual player on their team OR instruct each player to purchase their own player ticket via the event registration page using the appropriate player ticket option during the 1 week team reservation window (see below). NOTE: Team Captain will also need to purchase their own player ticket!
   • If instructing players to purchase their own player tickets, Team Captain will provide players with time frame they need to purchase their player ticket in (1 week from date of Team reservation) AND Team number (1 through 7) that was selected in step 3 above to reserve team spot as it will be needed during the Player Ticket registration process. 

PLAYER TICKET PURCHASING/TEAM ROSTER

1. From the REGISTRATION page, select the appropriate Player Ticket option from list (Maintenance Professional, Member, OR Non-member)
2. Fill out attendee information and provide Team number (1 through 7) that your Team Captain used to Reserve your team's spot in the designated field (your Team Captain should provide your Team Number to you). 
3. Confirm details and submit registration/payment to confirm spot on Team Roster. 

TEAM CONFIRMATION

• If all 12 players have purchased player tickets within in the reservation window, Adison will send a confirmation e-mail to the Team Captain letting them know their spot is secured for the Tournament. 
• If the reservation window passes and all 12 players have not purchased player tickets, your team spot in the tournament is NOT guaranteed. Any players who have purchased tickets are able to be placed on our 8th team for individual/extra players.
• Reach out to Adison if your reservation window passes and your team spot has not been confirmed/team roster is not filled to discuss options. 

FAQS

What is Maintenance MVP Night? Maintenance MVP Night is a night to celebrate our industry MVPs! Maintenance professionals will receive discounted ticket pricing and a raffle ticket at entry for VIP prizes throughout this evening. A night of appreciation. 

Who is invited to this event? All members and Non-Members, too! Maintenance Professionals, Community Staff, Suppliers, Supporters, and Sponsors.

Will there be a maintenance competition? Yes and no, maintenance mania no longer exists, therefore, there will be no competition games like before. However, the main event will be a kickball tournament for anyone to participate in and we will have various ways to compete for prizes.

How does this event show appreciation for our Maintenance MVPS? Each maintenance professional will receive a raffle ticket at entry and will be the only one eligible for chances at multiple epic prizes!  You must be present to win raffle prizes. Maintenance professionals receive a discounted event entry ticket. Our Maintenance Appreciation Committee really listened and considered what our Maintenance MVPs would enjoy at an event made for them. 

Is there something that took the place of "Maintenance Mania" that is provided by NAA? Yes! There is a new NAA/HD Suppy program called Maintenance Legends. Check it out! It is an amazing program full of B I G prizes including scholarships.
