Much attention has been paid to the "top of mind" legal issues brought on by the pandemic such as evictions and additional liability. While these are certainly important, our panelists will discuss emerging issues that, if not planned for, create exposure for apartment owners and operators.
This program is tailored to property management leaders in a multisite, corporate, senior leadership or ownership role within their companies. At the beginning of the Town Hall we will provide a brief industry update on pandemic response. Additionally, panelists will also be taking your questions during the presentation and providing resources to assist operators with mitigating risks!
