CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician) 2024

FCAA is offering the CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance) course again! Successful completion of the CAMT course qualifies designates for the Property Maintenance Craftsman (PMC) license, required in Duval County to perform many apartment maintenance tasks. 

The cost of the designation course must be paid for before the first day of class. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is true for properties or students that are responsible for the course.

Effective July 1, 2016, individuals performing water heater, changing out compressors, and AC repairs (NOT including replacement) where parts cost more than $1,000 must be Certified Apartment Technicians (CAMTs)!
