Eden Kendall is the  co-host of River City Live on Channel 4. Originally from Connecticut and raised in South Florida, Eden is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where she began her career in morning radio. She became a familiar voice in Jacksonville in the 1990s, starting with "The Big Ape Morning Zoo" on 95.1 WAPE and later spending nearly two decades at 99.9 Gator Country WGNE. Eden first joined River City Live in 2015 and returned to the show in 2025 after a brief hiatus, bringing her passion for Jacksonville's culture, food, and entertainment back to television. A married mother of two, Eden is also a runner, dog lover, and co-host of the podcast Uncluttered and Unfiltered, which offers lifestyle advice for women over 50.

Julia Furber is an accomplished Senior Regional Manager with The RMR Group, bringing over 24 years of expertise in the multifamily industry. A seasoned leader, Julia is also the current President of the First Coast Apartment Association and a past President of the North Florida chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Throughout her career, Julia has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, earning multiple prestigious accolades. She was awarded the 2023 Regional Manager of the Year Award with Carroll Management and the 2024 Regional Manager of the Year Circle of Excellence Award for the First Coast Apartment Association. Additionally, Julia was honored with the 2024 Women of Influence Award from Globe Street, recognizing her leadership and impact in the real estate sector.

Julia is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) with the National Apartment Association and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the National Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has also served as a delegate for the National Apartment Association for several years, contributing to shaping industry standards and best practices.

With a deep passion for the multifamily industry, Julia continues to innovate and lead, driving success and fostering growth within the communities she serves.

 

Melissa Madden is a seasoned professional with 14 years at Apartments.com, where she has established herself as a key player in the apartment industry. Throughout her career, Melissa has cultivated a deep understanding of the rental market, customer needs, and the ever-evolving digital landscape. Her knowledge spans across property management, marketing, and customer engagement, allowing her to provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to clients and partners.
